Tours may be cancelled due to inclement weather and/or mechanical issues. In this case, a full refund will be issued or your trip may be rescheduled to a later date.
Wine, beer, seltzers, and canned cocktails are allowed.

Captain has the right to terminate a tour if passenger(s) are extremely intoxicated. No refund will be given.
